Advance Payment Policy
- Advance payment is required before project initiation
- Advance payment is non-refundable
- Refund only if delay/failure is from our side
- Payment processed via Razorpay
Payment Schedule
- 50% Advance before project start
- 25% at project milestone
- 25% before final delivery
- All payments in Indian Rupees (INR)

- Change of mind by client
- Project already initiated
- Work completed as per scope
- Client delays or non-cooperation
5. Project Scope & Deliverables
The scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be defined in the project agreement or proposal provided to the client before project initiation.
- Any change in scope requires a change request
- Additional features may incur extra charges
- Project timeline will be revised upon scope change
- Client must provide timely feedback and approvals

Client Ownership
- Final deliverables belong to client
- Source code after full payment
- Custom designs and content

- Ownership of pre-built frameworks
- Right to showcase work in portfolio
- Ownership of proprietary code libraries

The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to queries in a timely manner
- Review and approve work promptly
- Make payments on schedule
- Provide necessary resources and access
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations

- Non-payment by client
- Breach of terms by client
- Unreasonable delays from client
By Client
- Written notice required
- Payments for work completed
- No refund on advance payment

- Proprietary methodologies and processes
- Financial and pricing information
10. Limitation of Liability
DIGITAKE WEB Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
